Cancellation Policy
If you attempt to cancel an appointment and are within the 12 hour time frame before your appointment, you will be charged a 50% service fee with the card on file.
LATE POLICY
I want to be able to provide all my guest with the best service without having to rush. After 8 minutes from your appointment time you will be asked to reschedule.
NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY
If you fail to notify me within the 8 minute grace period that you are either running late or not going to make it to the appointment will result in a 50% service fee.
No future appointments can be made until all outstanding fees are paid.
